Situations Vacant (three posts)
We are looking for a farm manager/trainee manager.
The right candidate will have significant experience in commercial  vegetable and salad production and the skills that go with that. Ability to organise tasks and supervise other workers will be important.
Our present kitchen manager is leaving for France at the end of March.
We will be looking for someone experienced, with excellent vegetarian cooking skills and organising abilities to take on the overall  management of the  cafe and kitchen operation.

Gardener wanted, flexible 2 or 3 days per week, to assist with expansion of plant sales and general maintenance of the organic herb and cutting garden at the Pillars of Hercules. Propagation experience & a good general knowledge of herbs and flowering plants is essential, also the ability to work independently and use initiative. The job is seasonal, from March to October.
