Well, we sell a lot of stuff, like a few thousand lines, so Iím not going to
itemise here. Let's try categories and some examples.
Nearly all of itís organic. We only stock non-organic items when they are
local (e.g. honey, venison), unavailable as organic or we donít think the
organic version is good enough quality.

a dozen different ways
to avoid cows milk, fruit juices, fizzy drinks but nothing made from
lots of cheeses,
yogurts, butter, margarine, milk, soya cheese, tofu, soya yogurt, bean
sprouts, smoked salmon
a selection of popular cuts, bacon, sausages, mince beef, chicken portions
and whole, local venison, salami
ice cream and the non-dairy equivalent, peas, pizzas, pies, vegi-burgers and
the non-vegi equivalent, potato chips, meat, goats milk
muesli, and lots of boxes with stuff to read when you should really be doing
something else in the morning.
Honey, preserves & nut
local honey, our homemade strawberry jam and chutney, tahini, pumpkin seed
thatíll be things to
clean with. We do refills for Ecover clothes wash and washing up liquids so
bring back your empties.
more cleaning stuff
like soap, shampoo and toothpaste. Deodorants, herbal remedies, personal
Bread, Cakes &
wholemeal, granary, spelt & linseed breads. Crisp-bread, crackers, oatcakes,
rice cakes, Christmas cakes.
