DEPUTY CHEF


We are looking for a chef with a passion for fresh vegetarian organic produce, to join our small friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, quality focused chef to work with some fantastic seasonal vegetarian produce.

Main responsibilities include guiding our kitchen team, maintaining and delivering consistently high standards of food, stock control and ordering and creating daily specials using our own seasonal fruit and vegetables, including introducing new vegetarian dishes for our main menu. Knowledge of food safety and a calm, friendly nature are essential.


This is a full time, permanent vacancy and will include weekend working. Our cafe is open 7 days from 9-5.


Salary: £10/hour

Seasonal farm workers for 2019


We are looking for two farm workers to start  at the beginning of March 2019 who will stay with us until end of October.  Work will be helping out with all aspects of vegetable & fruit production from sowing seed to selling in our shop and looking after flock of  300 laying hens. Previous farming  experience is essential. Pay is Scottish Agricultural Wages and  on site accommodation can be provided. 4-5 days/week .
